Now the same happens with MediBang, only it is immediate, like an on and off switch. It took me some time to figure out that the lag in voice chats is gone once all Firefox's processes are closed. I do experience the same issue when my Firefox is open for a longer period of time. At the same time, FireAlpaca, which I heard shares a lot of the same code, doesn't cause any problems. This issue starts immediately after opening MediBang and stops immediately after closing it. But apparently it might not be related to internet at all, it could be a symptom of a different problem. In my case it is usually 1.2-2 seconds of internet lag (measured by ping command in cmd). The internet card stops too and that is causing the sudden lag spike immediately after this "stop", because it sums up the regular latency of the router and this moment of complete performance drop in my PC. What is interesting, is that I observe a consistent DROP in CPU/GPU usage, almost as if every 10 ticks my entire system is stopping completely. My resources are barely used while in MediBang. It is definitely not lack of resources, as the other comment suggests.
